Welcome to <Aesir> Boards! Read this before posting

Hello and welcome to the official Boards of the Midguard Guild <Aesir>.

Hey there

We are a guild of experienced DAoC players and we come from Denmark, Germany and Sweden, mostly. We all have been playing DAoC on the European and the US servers until New Frontiers was released which made most of us quit DAoC or play on freeshards. We're 8v8 experienced, most of us played in fixed groups pre TOA.

Now with the origins server released, we all decided that we want to be a part of this and experience this great game once again, we're all 'fans' of the oldschool daoc. We are going to play on Midgard and are currently looking for more Members to join us.

Our main interest in RvR is to have fun in the old frontiers and enjoy battles with other good groups and look for 8v8 fights, but we're also going to take part in keep and relic raids. 8v8 is what we focus on most, though. At the beginning, there wont be a fixed group, most likely, but as time passes on, im sure there will be a fixed grp forming, which depends on the online hours of the players of course. Also people who do not focus on RvR only are welcome!

Ventrilo is not a must if you want to join our Guild, but for RvRing with us, it is. We have our own Ventrilo and Teamspeak server, but most of the time we use vent.

- If you want to RvR with us you should know this game and have rvr experience means you should have played a char to at least rr5/rr6/rr7 in daoc in the past and, more importantly, because all of us know that rr != skill, you should be familiar with the common RvR tactics (kiting, pre kiting, positioning and all that stuff) and have 8v8 experience.

- It does not matter where you come from, only important thing is that you can speak and understand English.

So, if you want to join our guild, introduce yourself here on the general board, write a few things about yourself and maybe about your daoc related past and tell us why you want to join our guild (in english please )
